With the new version of our platform, we will be expanding the industries we target to include - Banking and Financial Services, Insurance, Online Retail and E-commerce, and Software.

What are we looking for

We are looking for marketing managers with proven ability to scale and grow B2B enterprise software companies with 3+ years of relevant experience. 

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead Payjo’s overall marketing strategy and direct the execution of various marketing activities.
  • Increase the brand awareness of the organization leveraging all available channels
  • Drive the entire Lead generation engine
  • Drive the overall digital marketing positioning of the company(localization of website, SEO, SEM, Digital campaigns, etc.)
  • Execute online and offline marketing campaigns customized to fill and grow the lead pipeline with high-quality leads.
  • Plan, organize and execute various marketing events such as prospect and customer events, conference exhibitions
  • Produce high-quality content for our customers such as market surveys, webinars, whitepaper, case studies, blogs, videos, etc.
  • Handle and lead existing and potential agencies, freelancers and other service providers across different markets
  • Measure the performance of all activities and campaigns, and assess them against goals(Return on Investment, Key Performance Indicators) and adjust strategy and activities to achieve them
  • Provide ongoing reporting, develop actionable insights, test and learn approach to new initiatives.
  • Own, create and cultivate relationships with various analyst firms and maintain a smooth and ongoing discussion with them.
  • Develop and implement new programs to inform the analyst community about Payjo’s offerings and have the organization featured in top reports & briefs
  • Develop & drive the PR strategy of the organization and ensure the organization is continuously featured in the target publications
