With the new version of our platform, we will be expanding the industries we target to include - Banking and Financial Services, Insurance, Online Retail and E-commerce, and Software.

 

Job Description

We're in the growth stage and are looking to hire and develop world-class Sales Development Representatives who can help us build and scale the Outbound engine. 

You will be an integral part of the function that will drive revenue interface. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop the vision and strategy for the team and manage day-to-day operations, with a focus on the performance of key Inbound and Outbound metrics.
  • Analyze and report on key metrics and forecasts to senior management.
  • Inspire, motivate and enable personal and career development of a world-class team, both to promote career growth and to increase impact for interface.
  • Identify, interview and hire sales talent and continually "raise the bar" with each new hire.
  • Provide onboarding and continuous training for the SDRs to help them meet their individual goals.
  • Contribute creative ideas and best practices to help the organization's goal to be best‐in‐class.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales Management, Sales Operations, Marketing, Business Technology, and Finance.

Desired qualifications and experience :

  • Identify qualified prospects and navigate company structures to identify decision-makers.
  • Set up meetings with leads that will turn into business through persistence.
  • High energy and any demonstrated heavy cold calling volume (75 outbound a day) is a plus.
  • Experience using Salesforce.com is preferred.
  • 1 year of lead generation experience preferred.
