As an Account Executive, you will be:

  • Driving revenue and growth for the organization in North America by increasing sales through all possible channels
  • Persistently sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements and demonstrates the value in the first interaction
  • Building meaningful, consultative, and value-added relationships
  • Managing multiple qualified opportunities simultaneously through the sales process and closure
  • Closing sales and achieve quarterly and annual quotas
  • Performing and lead effective online and in-person presentations and meetings
  • Identifying opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell
  • Preparing and presenting reports on KPIs

  8. Have 8+ years of experience as a Sales Account Executive selling in the Fintech and BFSI domain
  9. Love finding new business opportunities and manage relationships with existing clients
  10. Have good negotiation skills
  11. Have knowledge of Sales CRMs 
  12. Have a sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
  13. Acclimatize and adapt quickly; willing to be part of our ambitious growth plans
  14. A passion for working within the high-growth Fintech AI space and be part of a fast-paced team
  15. Great interpersonal and communication skills
  16. Enthusiastic and passionate
