As a Jr. Conversation Experience Analyst you will be in charge of :

  • Good writing and reading skills in English. American English preferred (Must Have)
  • Experience - 6 months to 1 year in call center preferably in voice or chat support in a US-based banking process (Must Have)
  • Familiar with excel and/or google sheets (Strongly Preferred)
  • Should have satisfactory analytical skills (Strongly Preferred)
  • Educational Qualification: Any graduate (Good to Have)
  • Ability to work in rotational 24x7 shifts (Must Have)
  • Good Team Player (Strongly Preferred)

You can be a great fit if you are :

  • Provide real-time supervision and support to AI virtual assistants.
  • Analyze AI assistant conversation data, and categorize it as:
    • appropriate response, 
    • wrong response
    • response that needs improvement, & 
    • new knowledge to be configured.  
  • Map unanswered user queries by AI assistants to appropriate (organizational knowledge) intents. 
  • Analyze responses that need improvement and provide appropriate suggestions to make them better as part of continuous AI system improvement.
  • Report bugs and errors to the development team
  • Should be open to work in rotational shift (24 x 7)
