Today, interface provides an out-of-the-box AI Assistant that acts as a “Personal Bank Teller” to help customers 24x7 through every step of the journey from a prospect to a customer. It is used by several financial institutions (FIs) across 5 countries spanning millions of conversations. Our customers have already witnessed over $50M+ ROI in just under 12 months.
Our vision is to put an AI-powered Personal Banking Assistant in everyone's pocket that not only helps with day-to-day banking needs but also helps with financial education to help each individual achieve financial wellness.
As a Senior Recruiter you will be in charge of :
- Ascertaining the competence of candidates against a technical job description Interview
- Sourcing and uncovering the right talent
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates

- Worked in a startup of 5 to 30 employees
- 0-2 years of experience in Recruitment
- Experience working in a start-up and/or a product company preferred
- Ability to learn on the job, and work with little supervision
- Passionate about recruitment, and can think through problems to come up with out of box solutions
- The ability to establish priorities, manage deadlines, exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of internal and external clients is required
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, this is non-negotiable
- Executive presence required for effective interactions with senior members of the team
